The problem is usually not that the data does not exist, the problem is that it is scattered across departments, collected for different purposes and not yet structured in a way that supports CO₂ calculations, customer requests or internal decisions.

Many companies try to move quickly, because the customer is waiting or management needs an answer, but this is exactly where mistakes happen: company emissions get mixed with product emissions, assumptions remain unclear, units do not match, and nobody feels fully confident when someone asks where the numbers come from.

Existing data is reviewed, sources are mapped, Corporate Carbon Footprint is separated from Product Carbon Footprint, units and assumptions are checked, gaps become visible, and the next steps become clearer.

The goal is not just to deliver a report, but to build a structure your team can understand, use and continue working with after the first calculation.

My work combines technical depth with practical experience in sustainability, materials, data and industrial processes. I know how sustainability frameworks are supposed to work, and I also know where they become difficult when they meet real production data, unclear responsibilities and daily operational pressure.

That is often where the most important work begins: between reporting requirements, customer questions, production realities and the data that already exists inside the company.
